The Modern is perfect for small families, offering a cozy retreat for up to 4 guests. The open-concept living and dining area features 18-ft vaulted ceilings, tall windows, and sliding glass doors that invite natural light to flood the space and bring the beauty of the outdoors right to your doorstep 🌅🌿. The all-white kitchen is a chef’s dream, with quartz counters, bar stool seating at the island, stainless steel appliances, Bosch oven and range, a discreet refrigerator/freezer behind cabinet doors, pantry space, and a farmhouse sink—everything you need to create a culinary masterpiece 🍳✨.

Both king suites are designed for ultimate comfort, each with its own en-suite bathroom featuring walk-in showers and one suite even boasts an oversized soaker tub for the ultimate relaxation experience 🛁💆‍♀️. In the winter, snuggle up by the authentic wood stove in the living room—nothing says cozy quite like a crackling fire while you're wrapped up on the couch 🔥🛋️.

Pet-Friendly: Bring your furry friends along (2 max, must notify, and a pet fee applies). Pets must not exceed 50 lbs each.

The Hills is a luxury portfolio of custom cabins located in the exclusive Woodland Hills development in Broken Bow, Oklahoma. After booking, you will need to submit a pre-arrival form, provide ID, and sign our rental agreement. Pet owners must disclose this at the time of booking. This property offers contactless self-check-in, and your access code will be sent 3 days prior to check-in 🔑. Friendly reminder of the complimentary items provided during your stay for planning purposes:

• We supply a starter set of toilet paper (2 rolls), paper towels (2 rolls), trash bags (5), dish soap, hand soap, full-size bathroom shampoo, conditioner, body wash, body lotion, a dish sponge, dishwasher pods (enough for 3 days), and laundry soap (enough for 3 days). Once these supplies run out, guests will be responsible for replenishing them.

• In the kitchen, we provide all necessary utensils, pots, pans, plates, cups, salt and pepper, olive oil, and coffee grounds (enough for 3 days) or K-Cups (enough for 3 days) if the cabin has a Keurig, as well as coffee filters. If you need more, we recommend bringing additional supplies.

• A complimentary starter bundle of firewood (10 logs).
