Champagne Pines is located in the heart of Broken Bow in the exclusive development, Woodland Hills. This cabin was custom designed with family in mind. Beautifully situated within 360 degrees of tall pines and hardwoods for the most perfect retreat. The moment you walk in, you are taken back with beautiful high ceilings that provide a stunning open concept! This cabin is truly where modern meets luxury with clean lines and a beautiful color palette! You will truly feel at home when you are at Champagne Pines.

Once you head outdoors, you are met with the oversized deck with multiple seating areas, a grilling area and outdoor games. The hot tub is immediately to your left which gives you the ability to sit under the stars at night. What's a cabin without a fire pit? We have you covered here with a full outdoor area to roast s'mores and gather around the fireside during the cooler months! We cannot wait to host you at Champagne Pines where we have thoughtfully designed each area with your family and friends in mind.

**After booking you will be required to submit a pre-arrival form, show ID, and sign our rental agreement. This property is a contactless self check in. Code will be sent 3 days before check in.

Friendly reminder of the complimentary items provided during your stay for planning purposes:

We supply a starter set of toilet paper (2 rolls), paper towels (2 rolls), trash bags (5), dish soap, hand soap, full-size bathroom shampoo, conditioner, body wash, body lotion, a dish sponge, dishwasher pods (enough for 3 days), and laundry soap (enough for 3 days). Once these supplies run out, guests will be responsible for replenishing them.
In the kitchen, we provide all necessary utensils, pots, pans, plates, cups, salt and pepper, olive oil, and coffee grounds (enough for 3 days) or K-Cups (enough for 3 days) if the cabin has a Keurig, as well as coffee filters. If you need more, we recommend bringing additional supplies.
A complimentary starter bundle of firewood (10 logs).

Main Cabin features: Sleeps 10 comfortably

Two Master Bedroom Suites: The two Master bedroom suites are on the first floor with luxury King beds and en suite bathrooms. Both master bedrooms are located on the opposite side of the cabin for a more private stay.

Bunk room: Head on upstairs to the bunk room that has two sets of twin bunks and a loft area with a trundle bed including a twin pull out. The upstairs loft area is the perfect escape with a flat screen TV and game system console.
