🚫 Important Cabin Information

• Bingham Bluff is not pet-friendly. Bringing unauthorized pets to the property may result in removal from the cabin without refund.

• Fireplaces are unavailable for use from June through October 1st.

• To help keep the HVAC system running properly, please do not set the thermostat below 68°F, as lower settings may cause the system to freeze.

Friendly reminder of the complimentary items provided during your stay for planning purposes:

​

• We supply a starter set of toilet paper (2 rolls), paper towels (2 rolls), trash bags (5), dish soap, hand soap, full-size bathroom shampoo, conditioner, body wash, body lotion, a dish sponge, dishwasher pods (enough for 3 days), and laundry soap (enough for 3 days). Once these supplies run out, guests will be responsible for replenishing them.

• In the kitchen, we provide all necessary utensils, pots, pans, plates, cups, salt and pepper, olive oil, and coffee grounds (enough for 3 days) or K-Cups (enough for 3 days) if the cabin has a Keurig, as well as coffee filters. If you need more, we recommend bringing additional supplies.

• A complimentary starter bundle of firewood (10 logs).

Grill Information

Bingham Bluff’s grill is hardlined directly to the home’s propane supply—no propane tank is needed. 😊 🚫 Please do not attach an external propane tank or use charcoal, wood, pellets, or any other fuel source in the grill. Doing so may damage the grill and result in additional cleaning or repair fees. Thank you for helping us keep the property beautiful for future guests!

After booking, guests will complete a pre-arrival form, provide a valid ID, and sign the rental agreement.
