Guests will have full private access to the cabin. Guests will have access the cabin using a secure pin code that will be sent prior to arrival.

Woodland Hills is the premier development in Broken Bow, which lends itself to more privacy and peace of the surrounding nature than other developments in the area. The cabins in Woodland Hills are truly changing the game in Broken Bow with custom designs. If you've stayed in Broken Bow before, you'll know the feel of Woodland Hills is truly special!

The cabin is located 4 miles west of 259 down Cress Road, which is a gravel road. It's regularly maintained, but we always like to let guests know what to expect for this portion of the drive. You may prefer an SUV or larger car if you have that option, but it is completely manageable in smaller sedans. Driving directions are sent to guests prior to their stay via the digital guest guidebook.

**After booking you will be required to submit a pre-arrival form, show ID, and sign our rental agreement. This property is a contactless self check in. Code will be sent 3 days before check in.

Friendly reminder of the complimentary items provided during your stay for planning purposes:

We supply a starter set of toilet paper (2 rolls), paper towels (2 rolls), trash bags (5), dish soap, hand soap, full-size bathroom shampoo, conditioner, body wash, body lotion, a dish sponge, dishwasher pods (enough for 3 days), and laundry soap (enough for 3 days). Once these supplies run out, guests will be responsible for replenishing them.
In the kitchen, we provide all necessary utensils, pots, pans, plates, cups, salt and pepper, olive oil, and coffee grounds (enough for 3 days) or K-Cups (enough for 3 days) if the cabin has a Keurig, as well as coffee filters. If you need more, we recommend bringing additional supplies.
A complimentary starter bundle of firewood (10 logs).

RETREAT
One primary suites with king bed + wardrobe + full ensuite bathroom with sleek walk-in shower + access to the outdoor deck. Two private secondary bedrooms - one with a king bed and the third bedroom with two sets of bunk beds. Bathroom with tub/shower combo + quartz countertops + custom Riad tile throughout.

INTERIOR

Dog friendly-MUST notify host (2 dog max, 60 lb. max, $40 fee/per dog per day)

Pool Use & Heating:

A non-refundable pool fee covers weekly service and chemicals.

Optional pool heating is available Oct 1–Apr 30 for $200 (first 3 days) + $40/day after, if requested. The pool is managed by the property manager and typically stays 75–85°F, though an exact temperature cannot be guaranteed. The heater is turned on the day of your arrival. Heating is unavailable May 1–Sept 30.

- If any mechanical items break or fail before or during your stay, we will work as quickly as possible to get things back in working order for you. However, we do not provide any refunds because of this. We do our best to notify you if a certain amenity is not in working order before your arrival.
