The Blackstone is a luxury 5-bed, 5-bath modern cabin. Sleeps 16 and features a chef’s kitchen, 12-person hot tub, swimming pool, rooftop terrace, and 3 fireplaces. Set on 2.5 private wooded acres for a peaceful escape.

 

📍 Ideal Location: Tucked away in the exclusive Woodland Hills development, The Blackstone is just minutes from top local attractions including Beavers Bend State Park, Broken Bow Lake, and the shops and restaurants of Hochatown - offering both seclusion and convenience.

 

🔔 Important Details for Your Stay: 🚫 Pet Policy: No pets allowed. Bringing pets will result in eviction without a refund.

 

🔥 Fireplace Use: Fireplaces are unavailable June 1 – September 1 due to seasonal safety restrictions. 🛠️

 

Maintenance Policy: While we do our best to ensure all amenities are fully operational, unexpected maintenance issues can occur. In the event of any mechanical failure (e.g., hot tub, appliances), we will respond quickly. However, no refunds will be issued for temporary outages. We’ll notify you in advance of any known issues before your arrival.

 

🧴 Complimentary Starter Supplies To help you settle in comfortably, we provide a starter set of essential items:

• Bath & Cleaning Supplies: Toilet paper (2 rolls per bathroom) Paper towels (2 rolls) Trash bags (5) Dish soap, hand soap Full-size bathroom shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion Dish sponge, dishwasher pods (3 days’ worth) Laundry pods (3 days’ worth)

• Kitchen Essentials: Pots, pans, utensils, plates, cups, glasses Salt & pepper, olive oil Coffee grounds or K-Cups (3 days’ worth depending on coffee maker) Coffee filters (if needed for drip machine)

• Firewood: Complimentary starter bundle of 10 logs provided Once starter supplies run out, guests are responsible for replenishment. If you have specific needs, we recommend bringing additional items.

 

📝 Booking & Check-In Information: The Blackstone is proudly managed by The Hills, a luxury collection of custom retreats in Woodland Hills. After booking, guests are required to:

• Complete a pre-arrival form Submit a valid photo ID Sign a rental agreement This property offers contactless self check-in. Your personalized access code will be sent 3 days before arrival.
